My name is Caroline Gorski, and I am a Registered Kinesiologist, Certified Personal Trainer and Human Movement Specialist. My passion for fitness started at very young age, and since then I have experienced first hand the amazing physical and mental benefits of regular physical activity.
My main focus in my practice is on rehabilitation and supporting my clients who have sustained injuries through sports or motor vehicle accidents. I believe in a whole body approach to fitness which highlights the importance of prevention and correcting muscular imbalances while improving functional movement patterns. I also have experience working with clients who have had significant health impacts such as mobility issues following a stroke and those managing long-COVID symptoms. I also enjoy working with individuals who are looking to challenge themselves and level up their fitness, using creative, efficient fitness programs to gain strength or endurance, burn fat and gain muscle.
I truly believe in the importance of professional development through continuing education, as the research and science surrounding fitness and wellness is continuously evolving. I will always aim to bring the most relevant, efficient, and up to date fitness prescriptions to my clients.
I am also very passionate about nutrition, and being a devoted animal lover, am excited about educating individuals who are interested in transitioning to a plant-based diet. I am also currently completing the requirements to become a Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor, and plan to expand my certifications in nutrition in the near future.
When I am not not working with clients or at the gym myself, I enjoy doing fitness classes such spin and yoga, cooking, spending time outdoors camping, hiking and snowboarding, or relaxing at home with my 2 dogs.
I also love to try new restaurants and craft breweries (it's all about balance)!
